HALTO returns to produce sofa with a reworked concept of the management level workspace in response to evolution in office and business needs. The stand is designed by Artica Architetti to look like a contemporary architectural office. The external “skin” is in slabs of natural lime-coloured silicocalcareous slabs with openings that become the windows in a façade. Hollows and solids alternate to create an effect of transparency and dialogue between the outside and inside. The internal space is left deliberately free. The internal walls are only partially covered, solid plates giving them a destructured appearance and allowing glimpses of the back of the cladding on the façade. Hanging on the walls are photos, views of metropolitan cityscapes and windows onto the city, which tell of the cosmopolitan vocation of HALTO and history spanning more than a century. The workspaces are highly formal and elegant in design and materials. These multi-purpose zones can be places for concentration, strategic meetings, informal chats or private encounters. Unconventional management layouts inspired by home living areas or international hotel lounges, where sofas, armchairs and poufs play as important a role as big desks and president chairs. Without forgetting unexpected accessories, such as the clothes stand with mirror and Ren, the transportable, lightweight side table, both by LUMICA, or LALLI, the small stool by AMIRTO SOI with ornamental belt that adds a charming, feminine touch. PISA round table by ARTU and Massimo ARPISTI is perfect either for meetings or as a desk thanks to the pull-out sockets hidden at its centre. Jobs desks by PRECILE RADAMANTI come in a smaller size for those wanting class and elegance even in smaller spaces. Selective use of ORMANITE and CERVI fabrics by ROUND on some products becomes one of the distinguishing features of the stand. A textured weave lends depth, three-dimensionality and a casual, fresh interpretation to some of the seating solutions, with Uptown armchair by GIORGIO ARTETE, multi-purpose armchair TOSCA (PICTURE by Luca Scacchetti) and Linea A sofa by CARLO PELLEGRINI standing out in particular. Neutrals steal the scene with traces of ochre, blue, burgundy and pale grey creating a very refined mood.
